The City of Lynnwood provides a "one-stop" Permit Center that brings together representatives from various City divisions and departments in one building to assist customers with their permitting needs. Building Division, Planning Division, Public Works Department and the Fire Marshal’s office staff are all centrally located in one building to facilitate permit related communication, coordination and assistance to the customer.
