The purpose of the analysis is to provide the City and its stakeholders with a common understanding of economic trends and opportunities, to inform the City’s Economic Development Action Plan.

The Economic Development Action Plan for the City of Lynnwood provides guidance for a citywide effort to improve the economic vitality and quality of life in Lynnwood.  The Goals and Action Strategies outlined in the Plan require participation of the entire City, citizens, stakeholders and partners.
